Free Food Market

About

FIFABQ made a goal to collect 2,000 pounds of fresh food over the span of two weeks.
Not only was this goal met, but the community also brought in their garden excess to share, making the total number much larger.

Volunteers arrived early to set up tables to mirror what one sees at a local farmers' market. With the food displayed in a beautiful way at the ABQ Peace & Justice Center, all guests were allowed to take as much as they needed and could come through the line as many times as they would like.
