Before signing up for an event, please be sure that you and each adult signing up have registered on the Volunteers page.

If you have already registered as a volunteer, you do not need to do so again. Children can be added to the event once your signup is complete, during the registration process.

To sign up for an event, click on the event in the calendar and then the "SIGN UP HERE" link.

Once you sign up, a Volunteer Liability Form will be sent to you via esignatures.io.

Please complete this form promptly and be sure to check your spam folder.

We will send out detailed information and instructions the day prior to the harvest for those who register. This will include the time and location where you will be meeting your Lead Harvester. Meeting locations are not the same as the harvesting location. You will be following your Lead Harvester to the final location.

Since we do harvest on private land, addresses will not be given out to individual volunteers. If you will be arriving via bike or bus, please let us know beforehand.
